For more than 25 years Peotr (pronounced (Pe-O-Tr or you can just call him Peter )has been developing and implementing personalized approaches for improved athletic performance for athletes of all ages and abilities Peotr sees the athlete in everyone and uses a personally tailored system to help athletes achieve their goals using a combination of sport specific strength and conditioning with yoga and breath control to create a complete holistic workout. His approach to fitness is dynamic and varies with exercises that challenge and train the brain as well as the body. Peotr has a degree in Sport Science from college of Sport Science in Almaty, Kazakhstan as well as certification in various styles of yoga , (Bikram and Power) , and recently has completed advanced certification in Active Isolated Stretching, an assisted stretching technique that enhances flexibility, recovery and injury prevention. Peotr is familiar with stresses and requirements of equestrian sport and has helped many equestrian athletes achieve and maintain their fitness goals. The combination of dynamic exercise, yoga for flexibility and breath work are key factors for developing and maintaining a fit equestrian athlete.
